About the role

As a Solution Consultant – Planning Systems Implementation, you’ll work closely with clients to understand their supply chain and planning needs and turn them into practical technology solutions. You’ll be involved across the full implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through to system configuration, go-live and post-implementation support.

You’ll also have the opportunity to lead and support client workshops, contribute to process improvements and work alongside both business and technical teams to solve complex planning challenges.

The role can be based in Melbourne or Sydney.

What you’ll do

- Work with clients to understand their supply chain and planning requirements.
- Design, configure and implement Advanced Planning Systems (APS).
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and practical system solutions.
- Lead or support client workshops, including requirements gathering, process redesign and training.
- Collaborate with business, technical and consulting teams to deliver successful implementations.
- Provide analysis and support through go-live and post-implementation,



identifying opportunities to improve processes and solutions.

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for someone who is analytical, curious and enjoys working with people and technology to solve real business problems.

- 2–5+ years’ experience in technology/software delivery or relevant supply chain operations.
- A degree in Supply Chain, Technology, Business or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of supply chain planning processes and Advanced Planning Systems.
- Experience gathering requirements and developing functional specifications or solution designs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to manage priorities and deliver to deadlines.
- RELEX implementation experience will be advantageous.

Occasional interstate travel and temporary work at other Australian locations may be required.
