We are looking for female Support Workers to join our team and pick up available shifts at one of our Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes in Campbelltown.

We are looking for experienced Support Workers who are confident working in a SIL environment and can commence as soon as possible.

Available Shifts

- Monday: 7:30am – 3:00pm
- Tuesday: 7:30am – 3:00pm
- Wednesday: 7:30am – 3:00pm
- Thursday: 7:30am – 3:00pm
- Saturday: 7:30am – 3:00pm
- Sunday: 7:30am – 3:00pm

Essential Requirements
- Previous SIL experience
- Current Medication Competency
- Current Insulin and Blood Glucose Monitoring Competency
- Confident and competent with shift notes and documentation
- Experience completing incident reports
- Ability to follow support plans,



medication procedures and workplace policies
- Solid communication skills and a person-centred approach

About the Role

You will support participants with their daily routines, personal care and other activities of daily living, while maintaining a safe, respectful and supportive environment within the SIL home.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Support Worker who is confident with medication support, insulin and blood glucose monitoring, and SIL documentation.
