Levande is seeking a practical Maintenance Officer for Salford Waters at Victoria Point. You will perform day-to-day and preventative maintenance to keep the village secure, functional and welcoming for residents.
Responsibilities include minor repairs, coordinating contractors, maintaining records and occasionally driving the village bus. A current MR licence is essential and a maintenance qualification is advantageous but not required. This is a permanent full-time role.
