Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer , you will provide strategic and operational leadership across Acute, Community and Residential Services . As a key member of the Executive Team, you will champion the MDHS Vision, Purpose and Strategic Direction , while ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality and person-centred care within a strong clinical governance framework.

Qualifications / Experience nn




- Post-graduate qualifications in Management
n
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Specialist Expertise n

To excel in this role, you will bring a strong combination of strategic leadership, technical expertise and people leadership , including:

- Developed knowledge of and hands-on experience with Activity Based Funding and Residential Funding
n
- Working knowledge of health accreditation standards , including National Standards and Aged Care Quality Standards
n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to conduct business and performance analysis and implement effective strategies
n
- The ability to set clear standards, targets and objectives — and achieve them by inspiring and influencing the performance of others
n
- Demonstrated success in building high-performing teams and managing staff with confidence and compassion
n
- A proven track record of cultivating a positive and inclusive workplace culture
