About the role

We are seeking a Sales Support Coordinator based out of our exciting recent office in Dandenong. You will provide exceptional customer service and be the first point of contact for our customers. Reporting to the Sales Support Team Leader, this role will be integral as a part of our fun & high-performing team, supporting a Business Development Manager to ensure our customers satisfaction! This is a great opportunity to kick start your career, offering full on-the-job training.

This is a 12-month maternity contract, but show us your skills, passion and drive, and there may be an opportunity to extend your journey with us.

- Process quotes, orders and account queries with great attention to detail.
- Collaborate with internal departments e.g technical support, production and Business Development Managers, to provide exceptional customer service and solution sales.
- Work closely with Key account Managers to provide their customers with the best service possible and problem solve issues that may arise.

About you

- Previous experience in a customer service position (required).
- Proven ability to build relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Available to start as soon as possible.
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively in a team environment, as well as autonomously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Possesses a positive, friendly attitude and a solid work ethic.




- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
