The Opportunity

Hope Media is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented person to join our Sponsorship Sales team. While you don’t have to have prior experience in traffic scheduling, you do need to be an experienced administrator with excellent time management skills.

This role is critical to ensuring sponsorship campaigns are accurately scheduled, delivered, reported on, and invoiced across our network of stations. You'll work closely with our Sales team, clients, agencies, and partner stations to ensure campaign spots are put to air and commitments are fulfilled.

This is a part time position of 25 hours per week, which can be worked across 4 to 5 days at our Seven Hills studio, offering flexibility while ensuring consistent support to the Sponsorship Sales team.

About the Role

- Processing sponsorship bookings and sales orders.
- Scheduling sponsorship campaigns and maintaining broadcast logs.




- Communicating campaign availability and bookings to the Sales team.
- Preparing invoices and supporting sales administration processes.
- Maintaining accurate databases, documentation, and reporting systems.
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, agencies, and partner stations.

- 2 years administration experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook, with CRM experience highly regarded.
- Prior industry knowledge desirable, but not essential.
