Your Role
As the Transport Fleet Scheduler, you'll be responsible for coordinating daily fleet movements, allocating resources and ensuring transport schedules are delivered safely and efficiently. Working closely with drivers and the wider operations team, you'll be at the centre of the day-to-day transport operation.
Duties include:

- Scheduling and coordinating daily fleet movements, locally and interstate
- Allocating drivers and vehicles to planned work
- Monitoring schedules and responding to changes throughout the day
- Communicating with drivers to ensure schedules are understood and delivered
- Managing delays, changes and competing priorities
- Ensuring transport movements are completed safely and efficiently
- Maintaining accurate scheduling and transport records
- Working closely with the wider operations team to resolve issues
- Supporting transport compliance and company procedures
- Identifying opportunities to improve fleet utilisation and operational efficiency

About You
You're an organised and proactive transport professional who enjoys working in a quick-paced environment.



You rise to challenges and are confident in decision making. You'll bring:

- Previous experience in transport scheduling, fleet allocation, dispatch or transport operations
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills, particularly when dealing with a multi-cultural workforce of drivers
- Ability to prioritise and manage competing demands
- Strong attention to detail
- A practical, solutions-focused approach
- Commitment to safety, compliance and customer service
- Experience within refrigerated or temperature-controlled transport will be highly regarded

Other Details
This is a full-time, on-site position offering the opportunity to join a growing transport and logistics business. Remuneration is between $75 - 80K + Super and future career growth is a strong possibility for the right person.
