Splend is considering new talent as we scale and expand our servicing operations. As a Workshop Foreman, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our fleet maintenance operations run safely, efficiently, and at the highest quality standard. Reporting to the Head of Maintenance, you’ll coordinate workshop activities, manage throughput, and ensure resources are allocated effectively to maximise vehicle uptime and customer satisfaction.

- Hands‑on technical experience in mechanical, electrical, automotive, or equipment maintenance

- Proven ability to manage workshop scheduling, resource allocation, and job throughput

- Experience with cost control, KPI‑driven performance management, and budgeting

- Exposure to parts/inventory control, suppliers, and external vendor management

- Strong understanding of safety systems, compliance, and incident investigation

- Demonstrated experience implementing process improvements (Lean, TPM, or similar frameworks)
