Casual Housekeeper & Hotel Services Assistant Opportunities at NoosaCare

NoosaCare, one of the region’s most respected not-for-profit aged care providers, is seeking experienced Housekeepers to join our supportive and dedicated team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of our residents by helping maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment that supports their comfort, wellbeing and quality of life.

We are currently seeking experienced, enthusiastic and reliable Casual employees to join our team across our facilities at Tewantin and Cooroy. Shifts are available Monday to Sunday between 7:00am and 3:06pm, offering flexibility to suit a range of lifestyles and availability.

About the Role

As a Housekeeper, you will play an important role in the daily lives of our residents by helping to maintain a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment. Your primary focus will be ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation and infection control throughout the facility, contributing to the comfort, safety and wellbeing of our residents.

You will also receive training in the Hotel Services Assistant role (Kabara only), providing the chance to develop skills across both housekeeping and hospitality services. In this varied position, you’ll support residents’ quality of life by maintaining resident rooms and shared spaces, assisting with meal service and dining room support when required, and helping to create a positive living environment.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, food service or aged care

• Be reliable, organised and committed to delivering high-quality work

• Have excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic

• Be able to work effectively as part of a supportive team

• Be committed to maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for residents, visitors and staff
