About the Role
We are seeking a genuine team player to work across both our Brisbane and Virginia branches as our Personal Banking Consultant. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their career in the finance industry or who is seeking a valuable work/life balance.
As a Personal Banking Consultant your main objective will be to provide an exceptional level of personalised service to customers and guide them to a successful outcome by identifying individual needs, problem solving and proactively promoting our products and services.
This is a full-time role based on a 38 hour working week, in the Brisbane City and Virginia branch however you may be required to work at any branch within the region.

Demonstrated sales experience
Cash handling experience
High attention to detail
Exceptional communication & customer service skills
A demonstrated ability to positively adapt to change
Ability to quickly build rapport with people and work as a supportive team member
