Our clinic in Penrith is currently seeking a part-time Medical Receptionist to join the team. This opportunity is ideally suited to candidates available to work Wednesday, Thursday and Friday; however, flexibility may be considered for the right candidate. The role involves rotating shifts between the hours of 6:45am – 10:00pm, with occasional Saturday shifts from 6:45am – 5:00pm.

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, playing an important role in creating a positive and professional patient experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.

- Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.

- Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.

- Billing procedures – private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.

- Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.
