We are seeking a motivated Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to support the delivery of electrical maintenance services across La Trobe University’s Bundoora Campus. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial maintenance electrician looking to step off the tools and move into a supervisory and account management role.

Reporting directly to the Service & Maintenance Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating planned and reactive maintenance activities, managing client relationships, preparing quotations and ensuring service delivery outcomes are achieved.

About the Role

Based at La Trobe University’s Bundoora Campus, this role focuses on the coordination and management of electrical maintenance services.

Key responsibilities include:

- Planning and scheduling preventative maintenance activities
- Coordinating specialist subcontractors and reviewing service reports
- Managing reactive maintenance work orders and ensuring client response timeframes are met
- Preparing quotations for repairs, minor works and small projects
- Coordinating approved works through to completion
- Maintaining strong relationships with university stakeholders




- Attending monthly contract review meetings with Harris HMC and La Trobe University representatives
- Ensuring all maintenance records, reports and client portal requirements are completed accurately and on time

About You

We are looking for someone with:

- Experience in commercial electrical maintenance
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- A customer-focused approach to service delivery
- Quoting or supervisory experience (preferred but not essential)
