About the Role As a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse within Residential Aged Care, you will:

- Deliver secure, high-quality, person-centred nursing care
- Conduct clinical assessments and monitor resident wellbeing
- Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice
- Develop and implement care plans
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support positive outcomes
- Promote dignity,



independence and quality of life for residents
- Work across a variety of aged care facilities throughout the Sunshine Coast

About You To be successful, you will have:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) or Enrolled Nurse
- Minimum 12 months recent Residential Aged Care experience
- Current National Police Check (within 3 years)
- Strong clinical assessment and medication management skills
- Excellent communication and time management abilities
- Flexibility to work day, afternoon, night and weekend shifts
- Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
