Ambition have been retained by our client to recruit a Salesforce Manager to join their IT team.

n

This business has been using Salesforce for a number of years and are looking to hire someone who can 'own' the Salesforce solution, manage the existing team and help innovate and ensure their Salesforce solution is 'future proof'.

n

They currently use Sales, Service, Experience Clouds as well as mixture of AI tools and technologies that they will want to continue to explore.

n

You, as the ideal candidate will have:

n

- At least 5 years' experience leading a Salesforce team, with direct reports

n

- Proven leadership skills, evidence of training and developing team members

n





- Experience 'owning' the Salesforce platform and being ultimately responsible for the delivery of Salesforce solutions across the business

n

- Technical expertise, with hands on experience in configuration and solution design.

n

- A keen interest in keeping up to date with Salesforce products and wider technology ecosystem.

n
