### About the Position La Mortazza Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated *
- Cafe Restaurant Manager*
- to join our team at our North Perth venue.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of customer service, food quality, staff performance and operational efficiency. ### Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the cafe and restaurant.
- Supervise, coordinate and support front-of-house staff.
- Organise staff rosters and monitor staff performance.
- Maintain high standards of customer service.
- Assist with recruitment, training and onboarding of staff.
- Monitor food and beverage quality and presentation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace health and safety and relevant hospitality requirements.
- Manage customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory control.
- Coordinate opening and closing procedures.
- Assist with cost control and operational budgets.
- Liaise with kitchen and service staff to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
- Help develop and maintain menus, promotions and service standards.




- Ensure the venue is presented and operated to a consistently high standard.

### Skills and Experience The successful applicant will ideally have:
- Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant or hospitality management role.
- Robust knowledge of restaurant and cafe operations.
- Experience supervising and coordinating hospitality staff.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to manage staff rosters and daily operational requirements.
- Knowledge of food safety and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Ability to work effectively in a busy hospitality environment.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant hospitality qualifications and/or substantial industry experience.
