Role Description The Ecommerce Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Willawong, QLD. This position is responsible for managing and optimizing online product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and inventory across ecommerce platforms. Daily tasks include monitoring website performance, analyzing sales data, updating promotions, and improving the online customer journey.

The role involves responding to customer inquiries related to online orders, coordinating with warehouse and sales teams, and assisting with digital merchandising and product categorization.

Specialist will also contribute to developing online sales strategies and recommending improvements to increase conversions and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong E-Commerce and Sales skills, with experience managing online product catalogs and driving online revenue.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to support online customers and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track key performance metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Relevant experience with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar), order management systems, and basic digital marketing tools is beneficial.
