Salt & Skin Wellness is a boutique wellness salon in Shellharbour, where beauty, relaxation and holistic wellbeing come together.

Our focus is on creating a beautiful, calm and personalised experience for every client. We are passionate about delivering exceptional treatments while educating our clients and taking a more natural approach to beauty and wellness.

Our Japanese Head Spa services have been growing rapidly, and we are now looking to expand our team with an experienced and passionate Diploma-qualified Hairdresser or Beauty Therapist.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing salon and receive full Japanese Head Spa training in-salon.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for someone who is passionate about their industry, enjoys working with people and takes pride in providing a high level of client care.

The successful applicant will be trained in our Japanese Head Spa treatments and become an integral part of our Head Spa team.

For Hairdressers:

Your primary role will be performing our Japanese Head Spa treatments. Our Head Spa combines scalp care, hair care, relaxation and wellness, making it a unique service that is becoming increasingly popular with our clients.

You do not need previous Japanese Head Spa experience - comprehensive training will be provided in-salon.

For Beauty Therapists:

You will have the opportunity to work across both our Japanese Head Spa and Beauty departments, depending on your experience and skill set.

This may include services such as:

- Japanese Head Spa
- Brows
- Lash services
- Facials and skin treatments
- LED therapy
- Other beauty and wellness services

This role provides the opportunity to build your skills across multiple areas of the business while working within a beautiful wellness environment.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone who genuinely loves working in the beauty, hair and wellness industry and understands that exceptional client care is just as important as technical ability.

You will ideally





- Hold a Diploma qualification in Hairdressing or Beauty Therapy
- Have a minimum of 2 years' salon experience
- Available to work Saturdays
- Passionate about providing an exceptional client experience
- Reliable, punctual and well presented
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team For Beauty Therapists, experience across brows, lashes and skin treatments will be highly regarded.
