We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Retail Team Member to join our Truganina store.

What You’ll Do

- Provide friendly customer service

- Serve and package donuts and other products

- Prepare coffee and beverages

- Operate the POS and process customer transactions

- Keep the store clean, organised and well-presented

- Restock products and assist with daily store duties

- Work as part of a supportive team

What We’re Looking For

- Previous retail, hospitality or customer service experience

- Previous barista/coffee experience is preferred not required

- Friendly and customer-focused attitude

- Positive communication and teamwork skills

- Reliable and willing to learn

- POS or cash-handling experience is a plus

Availability

- Monday to Friday

- 10:00am–6:00pm

- Flexible availability is highly valued

- Consistent availability during these hours is required
