RADK Tech is currently seeking a Senior Power Platform Software Engineer to support a Federal Government agency.

About the role

This is a senior software engineering opportunity working on Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions within an Australian Government environment.

The successful candidate will contribute to the development and delivery of business applications, provide technical leadership and help ensure solutions meet required quality, functionality and performance standards.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
- Design and develop applications using Power Apps and Dataverse
- Work with Dynamics 365 and associated Microsoft technologies
- Write high-quality, optimised and maintainable code
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to software engineering teams
- Contribute to software development projects across the full development lifecycle
- Develop integrations between Power Platform, Dynamics 365 and other systems
- Support solution design, development,



testing and deployment
- Contribute to CI/CD, source control and application lifecycle management
- Work with technical and business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions
- Ensure solutions meet quality, security and functional requirements

Key skills and experience

We are looking for candidates with strong experience in:

- Microsoft Power Platform
- Power Apps
- Dataverse
- Dynamics 365
- C# / .NET
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- APIs and system integration
- Azure and Microsoft cloud technologies
- Azure DevOps / CI/CD
- Software development lifecycle and engineering practices
- Technical leadership and mentoring
- Experience with Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Platform ALM and enterprise integrations will be highly regarded.

Contract details

- Location: Canberra, ACT
- Work arrangement: Hybrid
- Level: Senior / EL1 equivalent
- Initial term: 12 months
- Potential extensions: Available
- Start: October 2026
- Security: Must be able to obtain Baseline clearance
