We are seeking an experienced National Network Manager to lead and optimise a network of approved repairers across Australia. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong partner relationships, improving service capability, and ensuring consistent national coverage.

Base in Melbourne CBD area, you will take ownership of the repairer network partners, ensuring geographical coverage for automotive services. In this role you will oversee tenders, pricing, onboarding, compliance, performance monitoring, capability development and issue resolution. This role blends relationship management, operational oversight and strategic optimisation, with regular engagement across the network.

Predominantly an office based role (mix of 4 days office/1 day from home) there will be the requirement for you to travel interstate occasionally, to strengthen network capability through visits and engagement with the network. Leading a small team of 2 coordinators you will be accountable for delivering clear reporting and communication to the network and internal stakeholders.

We are looking for an organised, confident and commercially minded operations leader with experience in automotive service/repair,



franchising or multi‑site environments. You excel at building relationships, negotiating with suppliers and driving performance across a distributed network.
