Permanent full-time, part-time and casual opportunities are available, with flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle. Lists are primarily scheduled on weekdays, with occasional weekend work.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering evidence-based nursing care;
- Liaising with the multidisciplinary team;
- Ensuring patient and staff safety.

REQUIREMENTS

- Current registration with AHPRA;
- 3+ years' experience working in theatre in either Anaesthetics or Recovery;
- Commitment to Quality Patient Care;
- Compliance with ACQSHC National standards;
- Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Works well independently and within a team;
- Basic computer skills;
- Ability to work across a rotating roster.

ABOUT THE FACILITY

Located in Brisbane, the hospital is a 65-bed acute and rehabilitation facility comprising six operating theatres, with a current High Dependency Unit scheduled to open. The hospital provides a comprehensive range of specialist services, including orthopaedics, general surgery, urology, gynaecology, gastroenterology, ophthalmology and internal medicine, alongside leading rehabilitation services and innovative patient-centred programs.
