About the role

LearnEd Training is a Registered Training Organisation (52504) since 2012, delivering CHC training packages. We are seeking an experienced and motivated RTO Compliance Coordinator to join our growing Registered Training Organisation in Perth. This is an excellent opportunity for a compliance professional to take ownership of our regulatory compliance, quality assurance and government funding requirements while working closely with our management and training teams.

Key responsibilities

- Manage ongoing RTO compliance with TAC and applicable regulatory standards.

- Oversee DTWD government funding compliance, including TAMS reporting and contractual requirements.

- Review Training and Assessment Strategies (TAS), assessment validation and trainer compliance.

- Conduct internal audits and maintain quality assurance and continuous improvement systems.

- Monitor student records, enrolment processes and funding compliance.

- Provide compliance advice and support to management and staff.

About you

We are looking for someone who can commence as soon as possible. Candidates available for an immediate start are encouraged to apply.





- Proven experience in RTO compliance and quality assurance.

- Strong knowledge of the current RTO Standards 2025.

- Sound understanding of training and assessment compliance.

- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
