We're passionate about exceptional customer service, teamwork and delivering the right solution every time. Due to an Internal Promotion, an exciting opportunity has become available for our next Automotive Parts Specialist / Sales Consultant to join our growing team.

About the Role

This is more than just a parts role. You'll become a trusted advisor to our customers, helping identify and supply automotive parts, accessories and 4WD lifestyle products while working alongside an experienced and supportive team.

Whether you have automotive industry experience or come from a robust customer service background with a passion for vehicles, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.

Key Responsabilities

- Build strong relationships with customers both in person, over the phone, and via email

- Assist customers in identifying the correct automotive parts, accessories and 4WD components

- Use parts catalogues, computer systems and supplier portals (full training provided)

- Prepare quotes and process customer orders. Receive, order and organise stock





- Deliver outstanding customer service and support within a team-focused environment

- contribute to achieving sales and customer service goals

What We're Looking For

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to build rapport and develop lasting customer relationships

- strong attention to detail and problem solving abilities

- Sound computer skills and willingness to learn new systems

- Positive attitude, reliability and strong work ethic

- Genuine interest in automotive, 4WD, machinery or related industries

- Previous retail automotive, hospitality or customer service experience is highly regarded
