You'll live onsite at the larger complex (30 apartments, 21 in the rental pool) and oversee daily operations across both properties. The second complex has 14 units, with 9 in the rental pool. All bookings and guest communication are handled from one central office, keeping your workflow easy and consistent. The current managers live onsite at the smaller complex and remain actively involved, providing guidance and support. When they are away, you will oversee operations across both properties.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests and manage check-ins/check-outs
- Handle bookings and daily admin using Resly PMS
- Coordinate linen and housekeeping schedules
- Maintain two swimming pools
- Look after lawns, gardens, and general presentation
- Carry out basic repairs and preventative maintenance
- Coordinate trades and contractors when required
- Keep both complexes clean, tidy, and guest-ready
- Use the shared work vehicle for tasks across both sites
About you
- A practical, hands-on couple who enjoy working together and living onsite
- Take pride in presentation, guest care, and maintaining a smooth daily rhythm
- Experience in hospitality, caretaking, or property management is ideal
