About the Role

Cater Care is seeking an energetic and commercially minded Village Manager to lead our remote mining village in South Australia on an 8/6 FIFO roster from Adelaide.

What This Role Involves:

- Oversee daily village operations across catering,



housekeeping, and contracted site services.
- Manage full site P&L; with a sharp, strategic focus on labour overheads and food costs.
- Oversee accommodation reservation platforms seamlessly (VAMS, SAMS, or RMS).
- Lead, coach, and foster a strong safety culture among site staff.
- Act as the primary in office contact to build and maintain top-tier client relationships.
