Warrikal is growing — and we need highly skilled Fitters to grow with us. Due to sustained demand across multiple clients, we're expanding our core crew of Precision Fitters to deliver planned shutdowns, maintenance, and project works across WA. If you're skilled in rotating equipment like pump, gearbox, drive assemblies and pulley replacements, this is your chance to join a busy, high-performing team with genuine long-term opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute planned shutdowns within a fixed plant environment
- Interpret detailed engineering drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
- Work collaboratively within a large multidisciplinary team to achieve safety, quality and production targets.
- Execute precision mechanical works, including laser coupling alignment, pulley change-outs, gearbox and drive motor replacements, bearing fitment and flange management.
- Diagnose and respond to equipment breakdowns and undertake preventative and corrective maintenance activities.
- Conduct mechanical equipment and major asset inspections, including accurate reporting of condition and findings.
- Perform and support Warman pump refurbishments and Geho pump rebuilds.
About You
- Construction White Card
- Relevant Australian recognised trade qualification
- Working at Heights Certificate
- Enter and Work in Confined Space Certificate
- High Risk Work Licence (HRWL) is advantageous
- Experience in laser alignment and rotating equipment - ROTALIGN Touch – Desirable
