About the Role
Join our team as an Associate Unit Manager and help lead a skilled nursing team. You’ll support daily unit operations, champion quality care, build team capability and help drive positive practice change.
- Lead day to day unit operations and care delivery
- Build staff capability, performance and team culture
- Drive practice change, quality and safe care
- Manage rosters, leave, staffing, resources and supplies
- Support recruitment, guide staff and build strong partnerships
About You
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring the right registration, experience and a collaborative approach.
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Demonstrated competence in relevant nursing practice
- Experience guiding and supporting less experienced staff
- Strong communication, problem solving and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of nursing standards, quality and health legislation
