About the Role

If you're a Project Manager delivering TMR road projects and considering your next move, Smith & Co Recruitment is currently recruiting across multiple opportunities with an established Queensland civil contractor.

With a significant pipeline of civil infrastructure work, we're looking for experienced Project Managers who can take ownership of projects and drive delivery across program, commercial, safety, quality and stakeholder outcomes.

Opportunities are available across Brisbane North, Brisbane South and the Sunshine Coast, as well as FIFO and relocation opportunities throughout regional Queensland.

Salary & Benefits

- $180,000–$220,000 + superannuation

Key Responsibilities





- Take ownership of TMR road projects from mobilisation through to handover
- Lead Engineers, Supervisors, subcontractors and site delivery teams
- Drive budgets, forecasting, programming, variations and project performance
- Manage TMR requirements across quality, safety, compliance and documentation
- Maintain robust relationships with clients, stakeholders and subcontractors

What You’ll Bring

- Proven Project Manager experience with a civil construction contractor
- Demonstrated experience delivering TMR road infrastructure projects
- Strong exposure to roadworks, bulk earthworks and associated civil works
- Commercial capability across budgets, forecasting, variations and contracts
- Civil Engineering or relevant construction qualifications highly regarded
