Our client is one of the sunshine coasts leading agencies and are looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager / property manage to join the friendly property management team. This a chance to join an organisation where the Principal puts their employees first!
The Role
This is a position for a Senior Property Manager or Property Manager to report directly to a people focused business leader who cares about their staff. On a day to day basis you will be responsible for:
- Management of a clean and tidy portfolio of approximately 130 properties
- NO Routines
- Building and maintaining relationships with landlords
- Rental arrears management
- NO accounts, NO Leasing
The ideal Property Manager:
- Minimum 2 years experience managing a residential portfolio
- A current Certificate of Registration
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Great presentation skills
- Be a motivated self-starter
