High Reach / Counter Balance Forklift Driver | Immediate Start | Lance Creek, VIC

Programmed is currently seeking experienced High Reach / Counter Balance / Forklift Drivers for an immediate start with our client based in Lance Creek.

Our client is a leading meat processing facility, and this role will involve moving finished products from production areas into freezer storage using high reach forklifts.

What's on Offer?

- $40.50 per hour
- Monday to Friday roster
- 6:30am to 3:00pm
- Immediate start available
- Ongoing work with a well-established employer
- Supportive team environment
- Cold-room Allowance

Key Responsibilities

- Operating high reach forklifts safely and efficiently
- Transporting products from production areas into freezer storage
- Loading, unloading, and storing stock as required
- Adhering to workplace health and safety procedures
- Maintaining accuracy when handling inventory and stock movements

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

- Current Forklift Licence (LF)
- Proven High Reach Forklift / Counter Balance experience
- Ability to work in a cold environment/freezer conditions
- High attention to detail
- Solid organisational and communication skills




- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
