The role

- Represent Clarendon Homes at the Springfield Rise display centre
- Manage the full customer journey from initial enquiry to signed contract
- Build strong relationships and guide customers through the home-building process
- Confidently present home designs, inclusions and upgrade options
- Deliver a premium customer experience while achieving sales targets
- Weekend work is essential

About you

- Experience in residential home sales or a related sales role
- Strong communication,



presentation and closing skills
