What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a customer-focused and community-minded professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality service and creating positive customer experiences. The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with robust interpersonal and administrative skills, capable of responding to enquiries,
processing transactions accurately, and managing customer requests in a professional and respectful manner. They will demonstrate sound judgement, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across Council teams to achieve positive outcomes for customers. Most importantly, they will embrace Council’s values of Accountability, Leadership, Inclusion, Collaboration and Excellence, contributing to a welcoming, inclusive and responsive service environment while supporting Council’s vision of Together for Alice.

Skills And Experiences
What You Will Bring:
You will bring proven experience in delivering professional and customer-focused service, along with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage enquiries, complaints and challenging situations with professionalism and empathy. You will have sound computer skills, including experience with Microsoft 365 and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes. Your strong attention to detail, written communication skills and commitment to following policies and procedures will enable you to provide accurate administrative and financial support. You will also demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, contributing positively to team outcomes while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Must Have: Current National Criminal History Check.
