Who is the Compendium Group?

The Compendium Group is made up of a Distribution Company based in Australia and New Zealand and an International Consultancy company with an office in the UK that works with International Brands that are innovative, ethical, and global leaders in their channels across the Outdoor, Surf, Sport, Active Lifestyle and Boutique categories. Currently distributing Allbirds, Cotopaxi, Hydro Flask, melin, Nocs Provisions, and OOFOS in Australia and New Zealand and managing the international business for OOFOS and Feetures.

We have a proven track record in building long-standing partnerships to act as the brand’s custodians outside of their home market. These partnerships are carefully selected based on having a clear cause and a point of difference within their market sector. We offer an outstanding consumer-centric digital, retail & wholesale solution to position our partner brands at the heart of each distribution opportunity across Australasia.

The Retail Ambassador’s core purpose is to deliver an exceptional customer experience through quality, personalised engagement. Retail Ambassadors contribute to the culture of the Hydro Flask brand by being team-oriented, accountable, and focused on continuous learning. We are seeking full and part time team members for a fixed term (from 1 October to end of December)



for our Hydro Flask Kiosk who are passionate about retail, customer service, and representing our values in every interaction.

What does the job entail?

Delivering and executing on three primary focus areas – Customer Experience, Daily Operations, and Teamwork – including, but not limited to:

Customers

- Provide all customers with a high quality and personalised retail experience.
- Meet the standards set forth in our Retail Woolbook and Customer Journey even when serving multiple people and multi-tasking.
- Strive to be a product-knowledge expert who can communicate passionately about our brand and products.
- Build strong relationships with customers.
- Actively contribute to the store’s sales and NPS goals.

Operations

- Achieving set KPIs
- Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and organisation.
- Operate our point-of-sale system once trained.
- Execute on inventory and merchandising duties.
- Perform daily operational tasks as delegated by the store leadership team.
- Commit to learning by asking questions and actively seeking to grow and develop current skills.
