What you'll do: Develop and maintain customer relationships within the Mining, Industrial, and Hazardous Area Equipment (HAE) arena. Actively drive and seek out new sales opportunities across the full Crouse Hinds product bandwidth. Develop and maintain relationships with Electrical Consultants, Electrical Contractors, Wholesalers and End Users. Negotiate sales with existing and new customers who are of strategic importance to Crouse Hinds. Selling and on‐site demonstrations with solution‐based problem solving. Personal involvement with the full sales lifecycle and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast‐paced setting.

Qualifications: Diploma of Illumination and Lighting design or equivalent Electrical Trade Certification is preferred. Previous Sale Experience would be favourable. Knowledge of Industrial Electrical Applications, Hazardous Experience preferred, proven sales, marketing and customer relations experience.

Skills: Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales setting selling electrical equipment. Experience in Hazardous Area Equipment and/or industrial Lighting a bonus. Superb communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work autonomously and as a team member. Exemplary customer service skills. In‐depth knowledge of Industrial Electrical Applications and Hazardous experience preferred.

- The role focuses on customers that require proactive day‐to‐day management and engagement to enhance customer experience, strengthen relationships, support retention, and identify opportunities for sustainable portfolio growth. These customers may include accounts with growth potential, strategic relevance to vendor programs, evolving business requirements, or those requiring ongoing portfolio management to maximise customer outcomes.

- Drive scalable portfolio coverage through digital and remote engagement channels, ensuring customers receive consistent support while enabling Account Managers to focus on larger strategic opportunities.

- Efficient coverage of growth/maintain segments while enabling Account Managers to focus on high‐value strategic opportunities.

- Manage a portfolio of customers allocated through established segmentation criteria.

- Deliver proactive customer engagement through phone, email and digital channels.
n
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention and portfolio growth. Deliver consistent, proactive touchpoints through remote engagement (phone, email, digital tools)

Customer Growth & Retention
n
n
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships efficiently
n
- Identify and act on cross‐sell opportunities, upsell opportunities, reactivation of declining accounts
n
- Support steady income contribution accounts to retain profitability
n
- Intervene early where accounts show signs of decline (NBV trend)
n
n
Pipeline & Opportunity Management
n
n
- Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities across assigned accounts
n
- Focus on small to mid‐size deals, repeat business, volume‐based growth
n
- Ensure high conversion rates through disciplined follow‐up
n
n
Daily / Weekly Activities

- Conduct outbound calls, digital marketing and email outreach to assigned accounts
n
- Follow up on active proposals, discussions and opportunities
n
- Identify and progress upsell and cross‐sell opportunities
n
- Monitor account conduct, portfolio trends for early risk signals
n
- Maintain by way of CCRIS logging or CRM: customer interactions, pipeline progress, forecast updates
n

Monthly Activities

- Prioritise activities based on customer engagement requirements, growth opportunities, retention considerations and customer experience outcomes.

- Conduct pipeline review and forecasting updates
n
- Align with Account Managers on account transitions, growth opportunities
n
- Execute targeted campaigns (e.g., vendor programs, seasonality, new product lines)
n

- Revenue growth across assigned accounts (%)
