LEAD COSMETIC NURSE (2IC) North West Sydney (Bella Vista area) n

n$70 to $100+ per hour, negotiable based on experience and expertise n
n(approx $140K to $200K+ FTE) n
nIf you're an experienced Cosmetic Nurse who is tired of high volume, transactional clinics and wants to step into a role where you can actually influence patient outcomes, lead a team, and build something long-term, this is that opportunity. n
nThis is a genuine second-in-charge role within a well-established and growing clinic, working closely with a highly regarded Plastic Surgeon and Clinical Nurse Manager. WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT This is not a "treat and move on" setting. The focus here is on quality consultations, long-term treatment planning, patient trust and retention, and doing what is right for the patient rather than pushing treatments. n
nYou will be stepping into a leadership role within a high-performing team of approximately 6 nurses, with the opportunity to shape both the patient experience and the future growth of the non-surgical side of the business. n
nNo weekends. Daytime hours only. THE ROLE You will sit at the centre of the clinic's day-to-day performance, combining hands-on clinical work with leadership, mentoring and oversight of the patient journey. n
nThere is a strong, established patient base. However, there is a clear opportunity to further grow and retain patients through better consultation, education and long-term planning. n
nYou will also have the opportunity to build and grow your own loyal client base within the clinic. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES n

- Delivering high-quality cosmetic consultations and treatments
n
- Building and growing your own client base
n
- Leading, mentoring and supporting a team of approximately 6 nurses
n
- Overseeing the full patient journey from consultation through to follow-up
n
- Guiding patients through structured, long-term treatment plans
n
- Identifying gaps in retention,



rebooking and ongoing care
n
- Supporting the team to improve consultation quality and patient communication
n
- Conducting performance reviews and supporting development
n
- Reviewing patient data and clinic performance to drive improvements
n
- Maintaining high clinical standards and supporting new treatments
n

ABOUT YOU You're already a strong Cosmetic Nurse, but you're ready for more. You care about outcomes, not just treatments. You think in treatment plans, not one-off appointments, and you build strong, long-term relationships with your clients. n
nYou're confident in consultations and patient communication, you naturally support others in your team, and you want a role where you can have real influence. n
nWe're ideally looking for: n

- 5+ years of cosmetic injecting experience
n
- Strong experience across skin and energy-based treatments
n
- Leadership experience or clear examples of stepping up
n
- Confidence in consultation and treatment planning
n
- Strong understanding of patient retention and experience
n
