The Harvey Norman Nunawading Flooring Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Retail Manager to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.

n

As a Retail Manager, you will have an understanding of life at home solutions and a desire to find the best outcome for our customers.

n

To be successful in this role, you must:
n • Enjoy working in a very driven team environment
n • Have the ability to develop solutions and strategies to help customers pick the right product
n • Be capable of crafting and implementing strategies to improve product mix, stock levels, and service standards
n • Formulate and execute purchasing and marketing policies, set prices, and promote our establishment's goods and services
n • Provide exceptional customer service by selling goods and services and offering expert advice on product use
n • Maintain accurate records of stock levels and financial transactions, as well as overseeing budgeting for the establishment
n • Hire, train, and manage staff to ensure that they are knowledgeable and professional in their interactions with customers




n • Monitor market trends and make recommendations for new products or services to improve sales and customer satisfaction
n • Conduct regular evaluations of staff performance and provide ongoing training and support
n • Ensure compliance with all relevant occupational health and safety regulations, and provide leadership and support to your team in order to achieve the best possible results
We require someone who:
n • Is self-driven and motivated
n • Able to maintain excellent customer service no matter the situation
n • Has a base level of knowledge in the Flooring products industry (preferred)
n • Has a degree or 2+ years of sales/management experience
n • Has a strong work ethic
n • Is able to work in a competitive environment
