The Essentials n

- Current NSW Driver’s Licence.
n
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.
n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and a paid NSW WWCC clearance.
n
- A "can-do" attitude and willingness to be listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR).
n
- Bonus points if you hold a Cert III or IV in Disability—though your hands-on drive is what matters most!
