nWe are seeking a specialist resource with hands-on experience in Microsoft Planner (Planner 5) to assist with the implementation and configuration of the tool across a portfolio of projects.n
Key Responsibilities n
nSupport and assist with the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Planner (Planner 5)n
nAnalyse current implementation challenges and recommend practical solutionsn
nConfigure Planner 5 to support portfolio-level reportingn
nEnable improved demand vs capacity management insightsn
nWork closely with PMO and business stakeholders to understand reporting requirementsn
nProvide guidance, documentation, and knowledge transfer to internal teamsn
nEnsure solutions align with Federal Government standards and governance requirementsn
Required Skills & Experience n
nProven experience implementing or supporting Microsoft Planner / Planner 5n
nStrong understanding of project portfolio reporting and planning toolsn
nExperience supporting demand and capacity management use casesn
nAbility to work independently and deliver hands-on implementation supportn
nStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsn
Mandatory Requirements n
nActive NV1 Security Clearancen
nAbility to work in office in Canberran
nExperience working in a Federal Government environment (highly regarded)n
