Job Description

- Plan and coordinate ice pigging and conventional pigging campaigns across client water/wastewater networks, including scheduling, resourcing and site logistics
n
- Liaise directly with water authority/utility clients to confirm scope, access, shutdowns and program timing
n
- Coordinate field crews, plant/equipment (including ice-making units) and subcontractors during mobilisation and execution
n
- Conduct site inspections and toolbox talks; ensure works comply with safety, environmental and quality requirements
n
- Manage procurement and supplier coordination for consumables, equipment hire and subcontracted services
n
- Prepare and maintain project documentation - work method statements, JSAs/SWMS, ITPs, as-built records and completion/handover reports
n
- Track project costs, progress and variations; support client progress claims and reporting
n
- Resolve technical and logistical issues on site, escalating to the Operations Manager where required
n
- Support tender and quoting activity for future pigging/pipeline works as required
n
- Travel to and work extended periods away from home at client sites outside Victoria as programs require
