and environmental policies and procedures.* **Ensure operational efficiency** – Assist in maintaining effective warehouse processes to support workshop and operational requirements.* **Protect Hastings Deering's reputation** – Ensure tools and materials are delivered safely, accurately, and on time.**What you'll need:**A successful teammate will have experience in:* **Warehouse experience** – Previous experience working within a high-volume warehouse, tool store, or logistics environment is highly desirable.* **Customer focus** – Solid customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships across the business.* **Computer proficiency** – Intermediate computer skills and the ability to work within inventory management systems.* **Forklift licence** – A current Forklift Licence is advantageous.* **Product knowledge** – Experience with Caterpillar products, parts, and services will be highly regarded.* **Strong organisational skills** – Ability to manage competing priorities, work autonomously, and maintain high levels of accuracy.* **Team-oriented mindset** – Proven ability to work collaboratively while also being self-motivated and accountable.* **Safety focus** – Demonstrated commitment to maintaining a Zero Harm workplace culture.**Interested?
