AI Talent is looking for a full-time Business Intelligence Developer to join the fast-growing BI and analytics practice.

Requirements n

Mandatory requirements :

n

n
- Be willing to live in or travel to Southern region NSW / Canberra.
n
- Expertise in Full Microsoft BI Stack,(SSAS, SSIS, SSRS, MSSQL) T-SQL, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and Analysis Services Tabular (SSAS) and DAX.
n
- Experience in business analytics solutions tools Microsoft Power BI.
n
- Understanding of PowerShell and C#.
n
- Experience with data cleansing and data migration of very large datasets.
n
- Experience in designing process maps, data flows, and technical solutions.
n
- Experience in data warehouse design and dimensional modelling (Kimball Methodology).
n

Must have/Be able to: nn
- Generate data insights using BI tools (Power BI)
n
- Strong technical knowledge of modern cloud technologies and Infrastructure including Azure, Office 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Power Automate, etc.)
n
- Experience in scripting languages, such as PowerShell, to build automation and process data.
n
- Background in data warehouse design (e.g. dimensional modelling) and data mining.
n
- In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP), and Extract, Transform, Load framework (ETL).




n
- Hands-on SharePoint Online experience and JavaScript
n
- Prior experience in managing IT Projects.
n
- Knowledge in self-learning predictive models with machine-learning algorithms
n
- Test, Debug, and Fix errors in different applications.
n
- Document business requirements for BI and App solutions.
n
- Create technical documentation.
n
- Develop functional specifications for use by BI and System developers.
n
- Support our Business Analysts to translate user interview results into user stories, acceptance criteria, and simple wireframes.
n
- Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
n
- Proven business acumen and problem-solving aptitude
n
- Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative
n
- Work with SCRUM methodology.
n
- Knowledge of CRM software
n
- 8+ years working with relational databases SQL Server and proficient with structured and unstructured data
n
- 7+ years of consulting experience
n
- A robust passion for learning and adapting to new technologies.
n

Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.

Base pay range n

A$70,000/yr - A$120,000/yr
