About The Opportunity n

The primary purpose of this position is to lead the successful delivery of complex digital projects while acting as a trusted strategic partner to clients and mentoring multidisciplinary project teams.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Managing end-to-end delivery of digital products including websites, applications, and digital platforms
n
- Leading project scoping, requirements gathering, roadmaps, user stories, and technical specifications
n
- Building trusted relationships with clients while managing expectations throughout project delivery
n
- Leading cross-functional teams of strategists, designers, developers, and digital specialists
n
- Managing project budgets, timelines, risks, and resource allocation
n
- Facilitating Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, grooming sessions, and retrospectives
n




- Identifying project risks, mitigating scope creep, and ensuring successful project outcomes
n

About You n

The successful candidate will have:

n

n
- Minimum 5 years' experience managing digital projects within an agency environment
n
- Proven experience delivering websites, applications, and digital products from concept through to launch
n
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
n
- Exceptional stakeholder management and client communication skills
n
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
n
- Passion for emerging technologies, AI, digital innovation, and continuous learning
n
