Technical Skills : Proven ability to understand Jira, ServiceNow, or Azure DevOps, Power BI, SharePoint

Microsoft Excel.

Governance & Compliance : Expertise in PMO governance frameworks, Project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience in Business & Strategy : Experience with PMO Governance, Portfolio Management, Agile/Scrum Methodologies, Risk & Issue Management, Stakeholder Management, Resource Planning, Budget Tracking.

Knowledge of Learning : Familiarity with Change Management, Process Improvement, Executive Reporting, Vendor Management, and Strategic Planning .

n

Advanced Technical Skills : Exposure to Power BI, Advanced Excel, Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps .

n

Leadership Skills : Experience in People management, Organizational influence, Executive stakeholder engagement.
