About The Role n

Due to ongoing growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused professional to join our Customer Solutions Team , based at our National Corporate Head Office in Springvale .

n

This is a contract position, offered for 12 months starting immediately. The position is located in Springvale, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm and will be 10:00am-6:00pm during daylight saving.





What You’ll Be Doing n

n
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer phone enquiries across Australia
n
- Managing inbound calls including orders, product enquiries, quotes, service requests and general problem-solving
n
- Maintaining and updating customer records accurately within our CRM system
n
- Identifying trends in customer issues and recommending improvements
n
- Providing feedback to support continuous improvement within the team
n

About You: nn
- Previous customer service experience (industrial or commercial contact centre experience highly regarded)
n
- Excellent communication skills with a professional phone manner
n
- Intermediate computer literacy including CRM systems and MS Office Suite
n
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
n
- Solutions-focused mindset with confident problem-solving ability
n
