- Senior level resource capable of producing and executing an OCM strategy
n
- Solid English communication in both spoken and written skill set.
n
- Active stakeholder engagement required both in Australia and the US. Maximize meetings during office hours, but some meetings with stakeholders may occur outside of office hours
n
- Identifyingpotentialrisksandobstaclestochangeanddevelopingstrategiestomitigatethem.
n




- Collaboratingwithcross-functionalteamstoensurealignmentandeffectivecommunicationduringchangeimplementation.
n
- Provide training and development material to support end users before and after transition
n
- In conjunction with the technical team, deliver FAQ's, QRG's, process documentation and other required documentation to ensure successful transition to operations.
n
- Experience with large scale multi-national IT infrastructure projects highly desired
