Job Description

We're seeking a proactive and detail-focused Safety/RTW Coordinator to join our national Safety function. This role is central to WHS, coordinating and supporting end-to-end Incident and Injury Management ensuring Zoom remains compliant across NSW.

You'll work closely with multiple Zoom branches, a range of host clients, insurers and external Rehab providers to coordinate and manage positive outcomes for all stakeholders. It's a role with real variety, meaningful impact, and interaction with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and employees on a range of safety and RTW related matters.
n
- Accurate incident reporting and investigation.
n
- Liaise with injured workers, treating providers, case managers and internal teams.
n
- Attending GP appointments.
n
- Provide guidance and light training to branches (occasional regional and interstate travel required may be available).
n
- Support early intervention and promote safe, sustainable return-to-work outcomes.
n
- Identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
n
- Site inspections in Zoom branches and host client sites.
n
- Compliance management

About You

n

- Experience in RTW coordination and safety including compliance and site inspections.
n
- Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to navigate sensitive situations.
n
- Strong level of resilience.
n
- Robust relationship building skills.
n
- High attention to detail and strong administrative capability.
n
- Organised, solutions-focused and comfortable working independently.
n
- Relevant RTW or safety qualifications are desirable.
n
