Our client is an established architecture and design practice delivering projects across commercial, hospitality and other design-led sectors . Their approach combines robust design thinking with practical, well-resolved delivery, creating spaces that respond to both the client brief and the people who ultimately use them.

They're looking for an experienced Project Architect to join their team in either Melbourne or Brisbane , working across projects from concept and design development through documentation, coordination and construction.

The role

n

As a Project Architect, you'll take an active role across design, documentation and delivery, working closely with clients, consultants and the broader studio team.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Managing projects across the full project lifecycle .
n




- Contributing to concept and design development.
n
- Producing and overseeing detailed documentation in Revit .
n
- Coordinating consultants and resolving technical design requirements.
n
- Managing client communication and project expectations.
n
- Maintaining design intent throughout documentation and construction.
n
- Supporting projects through tender and construction stages.
n
- Collaborating with the wider architecture and interiors teams.
n

What we're looking for

n

You’ll be someone who can balance design thinking with the technical and organisational skills required to successfully deliver a project.

n

Ideally you’ll have:

n

n
- Strong experience working as a Project Architect or in a similar senior architectural role.
n
- Experience across commercial and/or hospitality projects .
n
- Proven full lifecycle project experience .
n
- Strong Revit capability .
n
- Confidence across design development, documentation and delivery.
n
- Experience coordinating consultants and multidisciplinary project teams.
n
- Strong client and stakeholder communication skills.
n
- The ability to take ownership while remaining highly team-oriented.
n
