We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused HR Services Coordinator to join our People, Safety & Culture team in Burnley, VIC on an 11-month fixed-term contract covering parental leave (from Nov 1 2026 – 30 September 2027).
n
In this pivotal role, you will be part of our HR Shared Services team, delivering generalist HR support across a diverse workforce of 3200 salaried and waged employees. As a key administrator and super-user of our HRIS platform (SAP SuccessFactors), you will drive master data accuracy, initiate and monitor onboarding activities, triage end-user support, and coach leaders to foster a self-service culture.

What you'll be doing -
n
n
- Managing employee lifecycle workflows, contract generation, background/visa checks, and master data changes across our HRIS.
n
- Providing SuccessFactors helpdesk support, troubleshoot stalled workflows, assist with basic reporting, and support system UAT testing.
n
- Coordinating leave processes across Australia and managing termination workflows (company property, novated leases, etc.).
n
- Partnering with HR Business Partners, Site Supervisors, and People Leaders to provide hands-on HRIS coaching and process support.
n
- Managing the Service Awards program, assisting with annual performance/goal review processes, and identifying opportunities to standardize and optimize HR procedures.

Specifically for this role, we expect you will have:
n
n
- A solid background in generalist HR administration; experience within a high-volume HR Shared Services environment is highly desirable.
n
- Hands-on knowledge of HRIS platforms (experience with SAP SuccessFactors is highly preferred).
n
- Good working knowledge of Australian employment legislation, HR policies, and experience interpreting EBAs/Modern Awards.
n
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, advise, and influence stakeholders across all levels of the business.
n
- Strong attention to detail, resourcefulness in troubleshooting process/system issues, and advanced Microsoft Excel/Office skills.
n
