We're partnering with a leading Australian fashion and lifestyle brand looking for a highly creative, hands-on Social Media Manager to lead their social presence and a talented team.

- Salary $110,000 + Super

- Brisbane - fully office based

- 4+ years of experience
n
- Proven experience managing social media within fashion, retail, ecommerce, lifestyle or consumer brands
n
- Social Strategy, Content Creation, TikTok, Instagram, Reels, Creative Direction
n
- Direct team management and leadership experience
n
- Fast-paced, highly creative environment
n

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? n

This is a very hands-on leadership role . You'll be responsible for leading the social strategy while remaining heavily involved in the creative process, from coming up with ideas and spotting trends through to content creation, shoots and execution.

You'll also directly manage and develop a team, setting the creative standard and creating an environment where great ideas can thrive.

- Own and execute the social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, etc.
n
- Lead, manage and develop a team of social media and content specialists
n
- Be hands-on with content creation, ideation, Reels, TikTok, Stories and social-first campaigns
n
- Own the social content calendar and ensure content is fresh, engaging and on-brand
n




- Work closely with creative, marketing, ecommerce and wider brand teams
n
- Direct and contribute to photoshoots, video content and other social productions
n
- Monitor social performance and use insights to continually improve content and engagement
n

You'll ideally have:

- Robust hands-on experience across Instagram, TikTok and short-form video
n
- Previous experience directly managing and developing a team
n
- Experience directing or contributing to shoots and content production
n
- Solid knowledge of social trends, creators and influencer marketing
