National Workforce is currently seeking reliable and experienced Voice Pickers to join leading warehouse and distribution centres across Wetherill Park and Western Sydney.

Day Shift & Afternoon Shift Available

THE ROLE

n

n
- As a Voice Picker, you will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders and ensuring they are prepared for dispatch within required timeframes.
n
- Voice picking using headset technology
n
- Order picking and packing
n
- Operating RF scanners and barcode scanners
n
- Accurately picking products according to customer orders
n
- Checking products for accuracy and quality
n
- Working towards daily pick rates, KPIs and productivity targets
n
- Stock replenishment and inventory organisation
n
- Processing and sorting returned stock
n




- General warehouse and storeperson duties
n
- Manual handling and lifting of products up to 25kg
n
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment
n
- Following all workplace WHS and safety procedures
n

WHAT WE RE LOOKING FOR

n

n
- Minimum 3 months experience in voice picking or order picking
n
- Previous experience using voice-picking headsets
n
- Experience operating RF scanners and barcode scanning equipment
n
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution centre or logistics environment
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
n
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Ability to meet KPIs and productivity targets
n
- Valuable physical fitness and ability to perform repetitive manual handling
n
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
n
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
n
